I just finished Merciless and I am impressed. The combination of ideas you used in this trilogy was impressive and unique. I really enjoyed the connection to the Bible, the depiction of God, and yet you were able to have action and suspense throughout. Good job.

I suppose it is a long shot at best, and something I do not expect to hear back from you. Still, it is a shot. I read you after being recommended by a customer at the Christian bookstore I work at, and then seeing that Dekker, someone I have read a ton of since Three, made a recommendation for you. I then read Illuminated because you wrote a recommendation for him, but I assume he already had a relatively good foot hold in the industry with his music producing background.
So, with this being said, I humbly ask if you would be interested in reading my own fiction and possibly recommending me to Alive Communications. I finished the piece about a year ago and got it edited and then sent out queries like mad. Unfortunately, it either wasn't written correctly or I simply haven't sent out enough. You might understand. My writing is very similar to Terry Brooks and Ted Dekker, but I noticed some scenes in your books that are very similar to my own. Like I said, I dont expect to hear back from you, but I would love to. You can contact me at brocur@yahoo.com. It would be fun just to talk back and forth with you.

Robin,

I started "Merciless" this morning and finished it this evening--it sounds cliche, but it's true--I couldn't put it down. Kudos on a job well-done.

Great pictures, Robin. Can't wait to get a copy and finish up a great trilogy read. Wish I could have come, but a 6 1/2 drive would have been pretty tough. Congrats on finishing the last book and having it available now.
